Jesse (with some help from Will) did a great job installing our lights on our metal roof. So cool that they use magnets to attach them. The service was excellent!

I was upset when Andy's bought my long trusted family owned sprinkler company. I left for awhile after several bad experiences and overpriced bills. I came back with a coupon to try out one more time. This time I got Terrance as the lead on my job. Because of Terrance I have been a happy customer ever since. He goes above and beyond. I would not be using Andys without Terrance.
I’m only rating 4 instead of 5 stars, due to what I feel was an unnecessary service fee. They came out on 10/28, apparently did a temporary fix on our sprinkler system. We gladly paid the service fee and repair charge. It worked for 2 weeks and we had the exact same issue as before. This time they replaced the controller and rightfully charged for the controller, but the service fee should have been waived. Now that I think about it, they should have deducted the initial repair charge, and definitely not charged a 2nd service fee.
Professional service with every repair need thoroughly explained. Overall system tune up completed in a timely manner with a rain sensor installed. I should have called sooner!

Completed emergency shut down. Leak was coming from the house line. Homeowner is going to call a plumber about the issue. Left backflow shut down.
Turned off system and the meter was still spinning. Recommend to call a plumber out to take a look
For this job we fixed valve for zone 1&2 that were leaking. There is an estimate for the bad heads.
Customer had a leak coming from the connection point of a red PVC ball valve in the front yard. Customer mentioned that a tree company was taking down branches for him, and that limb was dropped in the area of where we worked today. Customer has a new brass shut off valve.
Completed the system check, and completed the winterization of the system , we replaced two valve boxes in order for the shut offs for the house and the irrigation system are easily accessible for the homeowner. Gave quote to replaced a couple leaking heads and moved a rotor in the spring time.
Today’s visit we checked the irrigation system, we fixed broken pipes the the front yard on the left side of the house. The roots had broke the pipes. Zone 1 replaced installed 2 6” prs head, zone 3 installed 4 6” prs heads and zone 4 replaced valve, 2 scrub adapter and 3 nozzles.
Taking out old backflow that’s doesn’t shut off and install ball valve in place no connection to system no backflow installed

Today’s visit we checked the irrigation system and replaced a rotor on zone 2. Explained customer the system could get better design and coverage.
Capped a pipe that was leaking for the customer. The pipe is underneath a tree, along with 2 other pipes that another company has tried to repair. We are recommending that the full repair be a reroute. We will be sending estimates for these reroute.

Additional Notes: Although there are no more leaks in the system, there are still quite a few heads that stay sticking up out of the ground, after the zone has finished. There are also some spacing adjustments we’d like to address in the backyard. We will be sending estimates for these topics, as
Today’s visit we checked irrigation system and provided customer some estimates for what we had found today visit. We turned off backflow and told customer he needs an insulation shut off valve before the backflow. All estimates provided are for the front but backyard will need some work as well.
Today’s visit we found a small leak right by the watermeter. We did not find any mainline leak on the irrigation system.
Work performed for the system: Replaced 3 leaking sprinkler heads on the system. Checked the system after all repairs/replacements, and as of today there were no leaks left in the system. Additional Notes: We did not find a Backflow device, so we were not able to perform a winterization for the customer.
